Who we are
Landlord's Desk is operated by 5637 Christiana LLC, 5039 N Washtenaw, Chicago, IL 60625. Contact: hello@landlordsdesk.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your email address, how many rental units you manage, whether you own your rentals or manage them for others, the tool you use today, and anything you choose to write in the optional question. We also record which version of this page you saw and, if you arrived from a link with campaign tags, those tags. If you book a call, we keep the details you give when booking.
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our emails record whether they were opened and which links were clicked, so we know what's useful; this is standard for email providers.
Why
To send you your founding invite and updates about Landlord's Desk, to understand who the product is for, and to improve it. We don't use your information for anything else.
Who processes it
Our website host (Vercel) and our email provider (Loops), which stores the waitlist and sends our emails. If you book a call, our scheduling tool processes your booking. They process data on our behalf only.
What we never do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 12 months after launch if you don't become a customer.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@landlordsdesk.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date above and email the waitlist about any significant change.
